  • Successfully transitioned IT infrastructure Operations to a Shared Services Environment; consolidating 10 data centers and 36 servers to eight.
  • Developed and implemented new accounting model to accurately reflect salary costs.
  • Significantly Improved processes for on-boarding and off-boarding employees reducing time to obtain and  terminate network credentials.
  • Successful union negotiations for employee time and attendance and earing and using compensatory time.
  • Successfully restructured organization,  transferring legal caseload to other existing offices, without compromising the level of service to constituents.  Realignment resulted in a more efficient administration of the probate and Indian heirship processes and projected to save an average of $1M annually beginning 2015.

My expertise in collaborating with private industry, consortiums/non-profit and government agencies to establish partnerships for the purpose of accomplishing both federal-wide technology and natural resource/conservation initiatives, has resulted in their sustainment and strategic growth.
