Alisa Berry Adjunct Professor, NOVA Community College
Alisa has spent most of the past 10 years working within Higher Education. She has always had the student experience at the core of her focus. With her experience and Master’s in Management and Bachelor's in Business Administration, she recently began teaching business communication classes to undergraduate students. She volunteers her time with a multitude of organizations to further her impact with helping the younger generations succeed.
Erica Glotfelty Director of Teacher Marketing and Socialization, Teach for America
Erica has spent the past 10 years learning and working in the digital space, with experience ranging from startups, small businesses, and nationally known nonprofits. She strives to best understand where data and design creatively collide. In her current role at Teach For America, she strategizes the positioning of the organization's products and experiences for their varied audiences. Additionally, she contributes her time and efforts as a Board Member for a local theater in Portland, OR and pursues passion projects focused on mental health awareness, LGBTQ+ issues, and human rights.
Janet Waring Vice President, Model B
Janet began her marketing career at IBM over 25 years ago. She co-founded a graphics and marketing company that thrived for 18 years before moving to Model B. Her knowledge and years of experience in the business have allowed her to work with clients beyond tactics and deliver growth strategies that achieve measurable results and increased revenue.
