About Women in Technology (WIT)

Mission Statement

Women in Technology (WIT) aims to advance women in technology -- from the classroom to the  boardroom. Through educational programming, formal mentoring programs, and informal networking WIT members at all levels of their career find new ways to connect, lead, and succeed.  

Serving over 1000 members, WIT provides a wide range of programming. From in-person panels and presentations to online webinars to social gatherings to formal mentoring and training programs, WIT has the right event to support the next career step for women at all stages of the technology career.

  • Our Annual Leadership Awards, recognizes women in the technology field for their outstanding leadership and accomplishments in the areas of thought leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology.

And Everywhere in Between....

  • WIT.Connects are in-person educational programs held on a variety of topics with a diverse array of speakers and ample networking opportunities.
  • Accelerate(her) programs are monthly virtual seminars that provide actionable career coaching insights.
  • Mentor/Protégé Program is "women mentoring women" and provides for a member protégé to obtain advice from senior leaders in the technology field.
  • Multiple Job Fairs, both virtual and in-person, held throughout the year.
  • A Career Center that has Job Postings from across the country, career development tools, a free resume review for members and a member's only job bank enable our members to obtain employees or find employment.

1 Year Standard: $150 Federal Govt/State Employee*: $50
2 Year Standard: $250 Student*: $50
