Past luminaries include:Barbara Humpton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens USA, a role she has held since June 2018. She is responsible for overseeing the company's core businesses in the U.S., which include electrification, automation, and digitalization, contributing significantly to the infrastructure and industrial sectors. Before her current position, Humpton served as Chief Operating Officer of Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., where she managed critical programs and projects for the federal government. She has over three decades of experience in the technology and defense industries, having held executive roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, and IBM. Humpton is known for her leadership in driving Siemens' vision of combining the physical and digital worlds for a sustainable future. She is an advocate for workforce development, STEM education, and diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Humpton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. Anne Altman is a seasoned executive known for her extensive career at IBM, where she held several key leadership positions. During her tenure at IBM, she served as General Manager of the U.S. Federal Government and Industries, where she led the company's business with federal agencies and other industries. Altman played a crucial role in advancing IBM's public sector business and developing solutions that leveraged IBM's technology to meet the needs of government clients. With over 30 years at IBM, Altman has a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and government operations. She has been instrumental in driving innovations in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and analytics. Altman is also recognized for her efforts in promoting women in technology and leadership. Since retiring from IBM, Altman has continued to contribute to the tech industry through advisory roles and board memberships, bringing her wealth of experience to various organizations. She is a graduate of George Mason University, where she earned a degree in marketing. Tiffanny Gates is a prominent leader in the technology and national security sectors, serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Novetta. Under her leadership, Novetta has become a leading provider of advanced analytics and cybersecurity solutions for defense, intelligence, and federal law enforcement agencies. Before joining Novetta, Gates held various leadership roles at BAE Systems, where she contributed significantly to the company's growth in the intelligence and security sector. Her career also includes service as a cryptologic officer in the United States Navy, where she gained valuable experience in intelligence and cybersecurity operations. Gates is known for her strategic vision and commitment to leveraging advanced technology to solve complex challenges. She has a strong background in engineering and a deep understanding of the needs of the national security community. Gates holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
