Protégé Requirements

WIT’s Mentor-Protégé program provides a structured environment for professional women to connect with mentors that have the career and life experience that matches their career goals. Through facilitated sessions and one-on-one meetings, protégés can accelerate their career with expanded knowledge and insight.

The series is designed for protégés that are:

Young professionals 3-5 years into career
Professional women in transition
Women re-entering the workforce

Protégé Requirements

Commitment to attend all 5 Virtual Program Speaker Sessions which occur the second Tuesday of every month from September 2025 to January 2026
Commitment to initiate, schedule and coordinate 4 one-on-one personal monthly Mentoring Sessions from October 2025 – January 2026
Three to five years of experience as a professional in the workplace
Complete the Protege application and be accepted into the program
Upon acceptance, complete the registration forms in the Mentor-Protégé Application program (Mentornity)
Be a current member of or join Women in Technology
Program fees – a $100 program fee is required to be paid prior to the first session *Please note that the program fee is in addition to the annual WIT membership dues.

Applications to be a Protégé in Program 54 are CLOSED.

Applications for Program 55 will open in January 2026.
