Protégé Requirements
WIT’s Mentor-Protégé program provides a structured environment for professional women to connect with mentors that have the career and life experience that matches their career goals. Through facilitated sessions and one-on-one meetings, protégés can accelerate their career with expanded knowledge and insight.
The series is designed for protégés that are:
- Young professionals 3-5 years into career
- Professional women in transition
- Women re-entering the workforce
Protégé Requirements
- Commitment to attend all 5 Virtual Program Speaker Sessions which occur the second Tuesday of every month from February 2026 to June 2026
- Commitment to initiate, schedule and coordinate 4 one-on-one personal monthly Mentoring Sessions from March 2026 – June 2026
- Three to five years of experience as a professional in the workplace
- Complete the Protege application and be accepted into the program
- Upon acceptance, complete the registration forms in the Mentor-Protégé Application program (Mentornity)
- Be a current member of or join Women in Technology
- Program fees – a $100 program fee is required to be paid prior to the first session *Please note that the program fee is in addition to the annual WIT membership dues.

Program 56 Key Dates:
- Applications Open: Friday, August 14, 2026
- Application Deadline and Program Orientation: Tuesday, September 15, 2026
- Session 1: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
- Session 2: Tuesday, November 10, 2026
- Session 3: Tuesday, December 8, 2026
- Session 4/Graduation: Tuesday, January 12, 2027
