Protégé Requirements
WIT’s Mentor-Protégé program provides a structured environment for professional women to connect with mentors that have the career and life experience that matches their career goals. Through facilitated sessions and one-on-one meetings, protégés can accelerate their career with expanded knowledge and insight.
The series is designed for protégés that are:
- Young professionals 3-5 years into career
- Professional women in transition
- Women re-entering the workforce
Protégé Requirements
- Must already have at least three to five years of experience as a professional in the workplace
- Must complete an application and be accepted into the program
- A $100 program fee is required to be paid prior to the first session *Please note that the program fee is in addition to the annual WIT membership dues.
- Commitment to attend all five sessions
