The WIT Mentor-Protégé program provides a structured platform for dynamic personal growth and professional success.
Delivering on the WIT mission of advancing women from the classroom to the boardroom, Mentor-Protégé pairs mentors with professional women looking for insight, direction, and knowledge for career advancement and success.
As a marquee program of WIT since 1998, Mentor-Protégé has shown that when one woman helps another amazing things can happen! Our program alumni have gone on to excel in careers within the technology industry, with many holding senior management positions within the private and public sectors.
