Women in Technology is excited to announce our Fall 2026 Career and Job Fair, taking place Friday, November 20, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at Carahsoft in Reston, VA. Enjoy a convenient daytime schedule that fits easily into your Friday, with no evening commitment required.

We invite both women and men to connect with recruiters and hiring managers who are actively scouting candidates.
More than a job fair. Using AI Wisely in the Job Search Process with Williams Craig III
AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini have changed what is possible in a job search, yet many job seekers either ignore them or use them in ways that backfire. Generic AI-written resumes and cover letters all start to sound the same. This session shows attendees how to use AI as a strategic partner, not a ghostwriter, so they can research, draft, refine, and prepare while keeping their own voice at the center of every document and conversation.
