GIT Camp Awards

GIT Camp Awards Program (2025-2026)

Girls in Technology (GIT) is led by an all-volunteer committee of Women in Technology (WIT) members who produce programs designed to excite, inspire and educate girls in grades 6 through 8, in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, about the vast array of career opportunities in Technology.

The GIT Camp Awards Program partners with local middle schools in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. to help reduce the financial barriers for middle school girls interested in the technology field. The GIT Camp Awards are for girls interested in attending a technology camp in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C.
